Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Executives to join our team in the NCR region. This role is open to freshers as well as experienced candidates who are willing to join immediately.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via voice / chat / email (as applicable)
  • Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to customers
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Follow process guidelines and meet performance metrics
  • Document customer interactions clearly and correctly

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduates / Undergraduates (any stream)
  • Freshers are welcome to apply

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts
