A. Chat Process (Domestic / International Support)

• CTC: Up to 23,000 per month
• Mode: Non-voice (Chat & Email support)

B. Domestic Voice Process

• CTC: Up to 27,000 per month
• Mode: Inbound/Outbound Voice Support (India-based customers)

C. International Voice Process

• CTC: Up to 33,000 per month
• Mode: Inbound Voice Support (US/UK/Australia customers)

3. Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Maintain customer records and document interactions in CRM systems
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
• Meet individual and team performance metrics (TAT, CSAT, AHT)

International Voice Process Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from international customers
• Communicate fluently in English with a neutral accent
• Address complex customer issues with empathy and professionalism
• Follow international customer service standards and compliance norms
• Work in rotational/night shifts as per process requirement

Educational Qualification

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
• Chat Process: Freshers / up to 2 years experience
• Domestic Voice: 03 years experience in BPO/Customer Support
• International Voice: Minimum 6 months experience preferred (Freshers with excellent English may apply)

6. Shift & Work Schedule

• 5 or 6 days working (as per process)
• Rotational shifts
• Night shifts applicable for international voice process
• Weekly offs (rotational)
