Job Description
We are looking for Customer Support Executives who will act as the first point of contact for customers reaching out with queries related to our app, loans, repayments, and services. This is a domestic voice process role involving inbound and outbound customer calls.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to Fibes mobile app and lending services
- Assist customers with queries regarding:
- Loan application status
- Disbursement and repayment
- EMI schedules
- App navigation and technical issues
- Account-related concerns
- Provide accurate information and ensure first-call resolution wherever possible
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams when required
- Update customer interactions and details accurately in the CRM system
- Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines, and quality standards
- Meet defined KPI targets such as call quality, TAT, CSAT, and productivity
Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum Graduate (any stream)
- Prior experience in customer support / voice process is preferred (freshers may apply)
- Excellent communication skills in English and regional language(s)
- Basic understanding of mobile applications and digital platforms
- Ability to handle customer objections and resolve issues calmly
- Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable)
- Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving skills
