What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls professionally and efficiently
- Address customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues on the spot
- Maintain detailed call records and follow company protocols
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed service standards
- Adapt to different customer personalities and handle challenging conversations with patience

- Excellent spoken English and communication skills
