What You'll Do:

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls professionally and efficiently
  • Address customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues on the spot
  • Maintain detailed call records and follow company protocols
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed service standards
  • Adapt to different customer personalities and handle challenging conversations with patience

  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs
  • Basic computer skills and typing speed
