Role & responsibilities

Provide top-notch customer service to our US clients.

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and efficiency.


Preferred candidate profile

Excellent communication skills (B2 Low and above).

- Minimum HSC Pass.

- Freshers and candidates with International BPO experience (6 months+) welcome to apply.

- Ability to work in rotational night shifts.
