Role & responsibilities -

• CSA - Customer support associate ( US Shift)
• 5days WFO, 2 days Rotational Week off
• Assisting International Customers

Preferred candidate profile -

• HSC and above can apply
• Freshers and 1+ Years experience in CS can apply
• Language Needed(Any 1) : French, German, Spanish(Read, Write and Speak) with B2 Certification.
• Good communication skills - Grammar, Punctuation and Spellings
• Basic computer knowledge
