Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns and provide excellent service.
  • Provide product information, answer questions about products/services offered by the company.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling relevant products/services based on customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.

6Months of experience is required in only in International Voice

Shifts:


5 days working 2week off/Rotational night shift

Work From Office.

2way cab.

Work location -Hitech city.


Package :

CTC provided-3.8lpa CTC to 4.7lpa CTC.

Performance based incentives /Bonus/ Insurance
