Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Handle international voice process calls with a focus on providing excellent service quality.
  • Work rotational shifts including weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets for call handling time, first contact resolution rate, and overall customer satisfaction (CSAT).
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
