Customer Support - Debt Management Executive
Job Summary:
The role involves working closely with customers to support the effective management of outstanding dues through clear communication and mutually agreed repayment solutions. The position focuses on ensuring timely collections, resolving payment-related concerns, maintaining accurate documentation, and consistently achieving performance targets while strictly adhering to company guidelines and legal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their financial situations and guide them in managing outstanding dues.
Communicate clearly and professionally to establish feasible and sustainable repayment plans.
Ensure timely follow-ups and collections in line with agreed schedules.
Resolve payment-related queries, disputes, and issues promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and payment records in internal systems.
Meet or exceed assigned collection and performance targets.
Adhere to all legal requirements, regulatory standards, and company policies during customer interactions.
Escalate complex cases appropriately while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Preferred candidate profile
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to speak English & Hindi fluently (kannada, Telugu, Tamil (anyone) mandatory)
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability
Attention to detail and record-keeping accuracy
Ability to work toward targets in a structured environment
Knowledge of compliance and ethical collection practices
