Job Title: Project/Delivery Manager
Location: Bangalore/Pune
We are looking for immediate joiners only.
Primary Skills:
-10+ years experience in Application support/maintenance in Telecom domain
-ITIL 4 certification is recommended
- Single Point of Contact for Major-Incident-Management team for Priority 1/2 incident communications
- Understand Business impact of an incident and keep stakeholders updated
-Responsible for driving Service Management calls, incident resolution and coordination with periphery teams and 3rd party vendors.
-Ensure Service Restoration, Clearance of Residual Impacts and RCA actions through the Resolver groups(Apps/Infra/Third Party)
-Able to provide ITIL process guidance for L2 teams
-Facilitate communication/coordination with MIM team for incident resolutions and workaround to reduce business impact
-Highlight to MIM team for any issues around with 3rd party vendor for the required support for resolution
-Constant follow-up with teams till the Incident is Service Restored or Closed.
- Responsible to track and drive the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) document preparation completion
-Keep tab on the SLA/KPIs performance and drive improvement plans as necessary
-Highlight Risks /Issues to Ops /Infra leads for necessary actions
-Track Open PRs
-Drive continual improvements (CSIP)
