Job Description-


Support omni-channel experience by developing and executing content strategies for B2B and B2C channels, ensuring consistency and engagement across all touchpoints.


  • Content Development & Execution
  • Create and manage content for multiple channels including web, social media, email, and in-store.
  • Adapt content for both B2B and B2C audiences, ensuring relevance and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to deliver high-quality assets.
  • Omni-Channel Strategy Support
  • Assist in implementing omni-channel content strategies to enhance customer experience.
  • Ensure seamless integration of content across digital and physical platforms.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization
  • Track content performance metrics (engagement, conversion, reach).
  • Recommend improvements based on analytics and customer feedback.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with category managers, ecommerce teams, and marketing leads.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for content publishing and updates.
