Support omni-channel experience by developing and executing content strategies for B2B and B2C channels, ensuring consistency and engagement across all touchpoints.
- Content Development & Execution
- Create and manage content for multiple channels including web, social media, email, and in-store.
- Adapt content for both B2B and B2C audiences, ensuring relevance and brand alignment.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to deliver high-quality assets.
- Omni-Channel Strategy Support
- Assist in implementing omni-channel content strategies to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure seamless integration of content across digital and physical platforms.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track content performance metrics (engagement, conversion, reach).
- Recommend improvements based on analytics and customer feedback.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with category managers, ecommerce teams, and marketing leads.
- Coordinate with technical teams for content publishing and updates.
