Role Overview


The Digital Sales Associate will be responsible for driving student enrollments through digital and tele-sales channels. The role involves interacting with prospective students and parents, understanding their requirements, and guiding them towards suitable online programs offered by UNext Learning.


Key Responsibilities


  • Handle inbound leads generated through digital platforms
  • Counsel prospective students regarding courses and career pathways
  • Understand learner needs and recommend suitable programs
  • Drive enrollments and achieve assigned sales targets
  • Conduct telephonic and virtual counselling sessions
  • Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Build strong relationships with students and parents
  • Ensure high conversion rates and customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria


Education


  • UG: Any Graduate

Experience


  • 0 - 2 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales / B2C Sales
  • Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
