Role Overview
The Digital Sales Associate will be responsible for driving student enrollments through digital and tele-sales channels. The role involves interacting with prospective students and parents, understanding their requirements, and guiding them towards suitable online programs offered by UNext Learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads generated through digital platforms
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses and career pathways
- Understand learner needs and recommend suitable programs
- Drive enrollments and achieve assigned sales targets
- Conduct telephonic and virtual counselling sessions
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in CRM
- Build strong relationships with students and parents
- Ensure high conversion rates and customer satisfaction

Experience
- 0 - 2 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales / B2C Sales
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
