Job Role: Customer Service Associate

Experience required:

Excellent written/verbal communication abilities

Maintain quality, accuracy & Turnaround time (TAT) as per Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Adherence to overall Service Delivery Requirements

Attention to detail, good organizational skills, ability to multitask

Candidates must have between 1 to 4 years of international customer service experience.

Willingness to work night shifts, teamwork ability, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Process insurance policies, renewals, endorsements, and changes accurately within specified timelines and using designated tools and systems.

Ensure adherence to internal processes, confidentiality, and regulatory/compliance requirements at all times.

Job Requirement:

Any full-time graduate (10+2+3),Except BE/BTECH,ME/MTECH

1-5 Years of Experience international customer service experience

Immediate joiners/30 Days'Notice.

Mode of Salary credit should be through banks from all the employers (No cash in hand)

All educational and employment documents are mandatory to have.

Should be comfortable with rotational week offs

**Interview Process Norms:**
