Rotational Shifts

2 way cab within 35km radius

6 Days working and 1 rotational week off

Role & responsibilities

• Should also be familiar with voice process, so that employee should out call the customer whenever required or attend the calls from the customers.
• Determines requirements by working with customers.
• Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
• Fulfils requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions

Preferred candidate profile

Languages Required: English & Hindi Mandatory

Qualification: Graduate Only

Skills Set: V54/V5 Skill Set with good typing speed

Experience: one year exp into customer support
