Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals
  • Meet potential customers and present company products/services
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features/benefits clearly
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer data
  • Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the reporting manager
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor information
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle post-sales support when required

  • Ability to work independently and in the field
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 03 years of field sales experience (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license (if field travel required)
  • Willingness to travel locally
