Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals
- Meet potential customers and present company products/services
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features/benefits clearly
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer data
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the reporting manager
- Gather market intelligence and competitor information
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle post-sales support when required

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 03 years of field sales experience (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (if field travel required)
- Willingness to travel locally
