Education: Any degree / diploma qualified

Languages : Tamil and English.

Work Experience:

1. Experience in Field Sales (in Real Estate industry) will be an advantage.

2. Candidates with experience in Field Sales in any Product / Service Sales in other industries can also apply.

3. Freshers can also apply for Trainee positions.

Role & responsibilities

1.Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

2. Build relationships with potential customers.

3. Conduct site visits and showcase plots.

4. Provide product information and address customer queries.

5. Explain salient features of the plots and negotiate and close deals.

6. Achieve sales targets consistently and meet performance expectations

7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress
