Role & responsibilities:

• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and breakdown service at customer sites
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure timely resolution
• Follow safety guidelines and statutory compliance
• Prepare and submit service reports and service call closures
• Manage tools, spares, and defective material as per company process
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers for service activities

Preferred candidate profile:

• ITI / Diploma (Electrical / Instrumentation preferred)
• Fresher or up to 1 year experience in field service
• Willing to travel extensively and work flexible shifts
