1. Experience in various technologies and Frameworks (Java, Microservices , DevOps, Messaging MQ / Kafka).

2. Exposure to IBM ECM technologies (FileNet , Content Navigator) and Insurance domain is an added advantage.

3. Define and document end to end Solution Architecture for a given Business requirement, present solutions to Architecture board and get needed approvals.

4. Experience in coming up with high level designs to complex business problems and work with development teams and handhold team until implemented.

5. Define / Document Non-Functional requirements and work with performance test teams in executing Performance / Load tests. 6. Conduct code reviews, identify and suggest corrective actions to mitigate potential performance and security risks.
