Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound voice calls from UK customers professionally
• Assist customers with telecom-related queries (billing, plans, activation, technical support, complaints, etc.)
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining quality and compliance standards
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Maintain proper call documentation and follow internal processes
• Meet individual and team performance targets (AHT, CSAT, FCR, etc.)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent spoken English with neutral or UK-friendly accent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
• Fresher or experienced candidates welcome (International BPO experience preferred)
• Comfortable working in UK shifts / night shifts
• Basic computer knowledge
