Role Overview

The Fresher Marketing and Junior Site Supervisor will support basic marketing activities and assist in site-level coordination. The role is suitable for candidates willing to learn field work, customer interaction, and site operations.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support:

• Assist in basic marketing and promotion activities
  
• Visit customers, sites, and local areas as instructed
  
• Support lead collection and customer follow-up
  
• Share product or service information with clients
  
• Coordinate with office team for marketing updates
  

Site Supervision Support:

• Assist senior site supervisor in daily site activities
  
• Help monitor work progress at site
  
• Support material handling and basic site coordination
  
• Maintain simple site records and daily updates
  
• Follow safety and site instructions strictly
  

General Responsibilities:

• Report daily work status to the reporting authority
  
• Follow company rules, discipline, and work instructions
  
• Maintain professional behavior with clients and site staff
  
• Be willing to travel locally as per work requirement
  

Skills & Requirements:

• 10th or 12th standard pass
  
• Basic communication skills (local language preferred)
  
• Willingness to work on site and in the field
  
• Ability to follow instructions and learn on the job
  
• Honest, punctual, and responsible attitude
  

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license
  
• Basic knowledge of mobile apps / WhatsApp / calling
  
• Interest in marketing or site supervision
