• Develop innovative formulation from Api's, Pharmaceuticals.
  
• Design and execute formulation experiments to optimize reaction conditions,
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement process improvements.
• Conduct literature searches, patent analysis, and intellectual property protection strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of experimental data, results, and protocols.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Ph.D/Doctorate degree in Pharmacy from a reputed university or institute.

• experience in PHARMACY with expertise in formulation Development .
  
• Strong understanding of analytical method development and validation principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across multiple disciplines.
