Roles & Responsibilities:
Call insurance payers to resolve claims (denial/non-denial)
Review systems & processes for resolution
Identify process improvements & escalate issues
Maintain trackers & logs as per SOP
Participate in training sessions for RCM knowledge
Investigate complex patient account issues
Apply logical thinking to resolve accounts error-free
