Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our international voice process team. The role involves handling inbound/outbound customer calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer queries effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers
- Understand customer issues and provide accurate solutions
- Maintain professional communication with customers
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards
- Document call details and update customer information in the system
- Meet performance targets such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and TAT
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required
Key Skills Required
- Good English communication (verbal)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work in night shifts / rotational shifts
- Active listening and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach

- Any graduate / undergraduate can apply
