Job Title: Trainee Process Associate - AR Caller

Process: International Voice Process

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls professionally
• Maintain proper call etiquette and communication standards
• Meet quality, productivity, and compliance requirements
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team
• Utilization of all possible tools and applications available to take account to the next level of resolution, which would result in a payment, corrected submission, appeals, patient transfer or adjustment.
• To report trends / patterns in denials, claim submission errors, credentialing issues and billing related roadblocks to the immediate reporting manager.

Qualification: Graduate fresher- BBA., BA., B.Com., BCA., B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, CS,MBA, MCA Maths)and. Passed out year - 2020 to 2025

Shift Timing: 05:30 PM to 2:30 AM

Transport: Two-way transport available based on boundary limits.
