Role & responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
- Greet, assist, and direct walk-in customers and guests professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Maintain visitor records, and basic front office documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth visitor movement and meeting schedules.
- Ensure the reception area is well-maintained, presentable, and aligned with company standards.
- Provide administrative and coordination support as required while maintaining confidentiality.
Preferred candidate profile
*Note*- Freshers with good communication skills and well groomed personality can also apply.
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- 03 years of experience in a front desk or customer-facing role.
- Presentable, well-groomed, and professionally well-spoken.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
