Role & responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations and act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
  • Greet, assist, and direct walk-in customers and guests professionally.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Maintain visitor records, and basic front office documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth visitor movement and meeting schedules.
  • Ensure the reception area is well-maintained, presentable, and aligned with company standards.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support as required while maintaining confidentiality.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification.
  • 03 years of experience in a front desk or customer-facing role.
  • Presentable, well-groomed, and professionally well-spoken.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
