Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries
- Manage visitor entry, issue visitor passes, and maintain visitor logs
- Coordinate meeting rooms, schedules, and conference facilities
- Handle courier, dispatch, and mail management
- Maintain front office records, registers, and documentation
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and coordination with internal teams
- Ensure reception and lobby area are clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Assist HR/Admin teams with onboarding formalities and employee coordination (if required)
- Follow company policies, security procedures, and confidentiality norms
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
- Time management and organizational skills
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation in any discipline preferred
- 0-4 years of experience in Front Office / Reception / Guest Relations
- Experience in IT/ITES or Hotel industry is an advantage
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
Work Conditions
- Day shift / Rotational shifts (as applicable)
- 5 or 6 days working (as per company policy)
