Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities


  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries
  • Manage visitor entry, issue visitor passes, and maintain visitor logs
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, schedules, and conference facilities
  • Handle courier, dispatch, and mail management
  • Maintain front office records, registers, and documentation
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and coordination with internal teams
  • Ensure reception and lobby area are clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Assist HR/Admin teams with onboarding formalities and employee coordination (if required)
  • Follow company policies, security procedures, and confidentiality norms

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet)
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
  • Time management and organizational skills

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduation in any discipline preferred
  • 0-4 years of experience in Front Office / Reception / Guest Relations
  • Experience in IT/ITES or Hotel industry is an advantage
  • Freshers with good communication skills may also apply

Work Conditions

  • Day shift / Rotational shifts (as applicable)
  • 5 or 6 days working (as per company policy)
