Key Responsibilities

• Develop dynamic and responsive web interfaces using Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Implement and optimize AG Grid features for enterprise-grade data visualization.
• Actively participate in client discussions, requirement gatherings, and provide solution-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum frameworkparticipating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and high-quality deliverables.
• Manage tasks and progress using Jira and adhere to Agile best practices.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and code maintainability through code reviews and quality checks.
• Handle query resolution and production issues promptly with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Contribute to internal UI framework initiatives and design improvements.

Desired Skills and Competencies

• Strong expertise in Angular, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Proficiency with AG Grid for data-rich UI solutions.
• Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and web performance optimization.
• Exposure to React.js will be highly appreciated for supporting cross-functioning projects.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using Agile tools such as Jira.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams in both written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.
• Hands-on problem solver with a solution-first approach and a drive for innovation.
