8+ years in AI/ML engineering, including 2+ years in a senior/lead role.

1. Strong expertise in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
2. Proven experience with FastAPI for serving ML/GenAI APIs.
3. Hands-on experience with Generative AI/LLMs (Hugging Face, LangChain and LangGraph, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, etc.).
4. Strong background in MLOps (CI/CD, ML pipelines, model registries, monitoring).
5. Cloud expertise in Azure or GCP.
6. Excellent leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
7. Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Azure AI Search, OpenSearch).
8. Knowledge of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation frameworks.
9. Prior experience building enterprise GenAI assistants, chatbots, or knowledge retrieval systems.
10. Contributions to open-source projects in AI/ML/GenAI.
