Role & responsibilities

  • Handle international inbound/outbound voice calls professionally (US/UK clients)
  • Provide accurate information, assistance, and issue resolution to customers
  • Maintain excellent customer experience and service quality standards
  • Understand customer queries and offer effective first-call resolution
  • Document call details and update customer information in the system
  • Follow company policies, compliance, and call procedures
  • Meet daily productivity and quality benchmarks
  • Work collaboratively with team leads and support teams to achieve targets


Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply
  • Freshers should NOT be from B.Tech / BE background
  • Open to graduates and undergraduates (any discipline except B.Tech / BE)
  • Experience in international voice process will be an added advantage
  • Comfortable working in night shifts
  • Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work in a 5 days working environment with 2 rotational offs
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • CTC up to 3.6 LPA
  • Hyderabad Location (Nanakramguda)
