Role & responsibilities
- Handle international inbound/outbound voice calls professionally (US/UK clients)
- Provide accurate information, assistance, and issue resolution to customers
- Maintain excellent customer experience and service quality standards
- Understand customer queries and offer effective first-call resolution
- Document call details and update customer information in the system
- Follow company policies, compliance, and call procedures
- Meet daily productivity and quality benchmarks
- Work collaboratively with team leads and support teams to achieve targets
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply
- Freshers should NOT be from B.Tech / BE background
- Open to graduates and undergraduates (any discipline except B.Tech / BE)
- Experience in international voice process will be an added advantage
- Comfortable working in night shifts
- Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work in a 5 days working environment with 2 rotational offs
- Immediate joiners preferred
- CTC up to 3.6 LPA
- Hyderabad Location (Nanakramguda)
