This is a hands-on learning program where you will work closely with leaders, support field teams, and gradually take ownership of field operations across different regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day field operations and team activities
  
• Coordinate with field executives to ensure targets and tasks are achieved
  
• Join field visits to understand ground operations, customer behaviour, and real-time challenges
  
• Support client management by collecting feedback, resolving issues, and ensuring service quality
  
• Track daily performance metrics, attendance, and productivity of field teams
