Expectations/ Requirements
_ Own marketing campaign operations & implementation design logic end to end in alignment with the marketing strategy decided upon
_ Own the monitoring and tracking of metrics useful for performance analyses of campaigns
_ Set up and run experiments on campaigns
_ Streamline operations for reduced errors and increased efficiency
_ Run root cause analyses and narrow down the cause(s) in cases of deviations from expected campaign behavior
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role
_ Familiarity with any CLM tool. Prior experience with CleverTap will be an added advantage.
_ Aptitude ? good with logical reasoning, breaking down problem statements, and hypothesis formation and validation
_ Ownership ? Own campaigns end to end from execution to assessment to accommodating learnings ? the candidate should be interested in the role or else it will be difficult to gather ownership and excel
_ Previous experience in operations is preferred - not mandatory
