Guest Relations Executive (GRE) Real Estate

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to be the first point of contact for our customers at the site office / sales gallery. The ideal candidate will ensure a warm welcome, smooth coordination with the sales team, and a pleasant experience for every visitor.

Day shift : 8:30Am to 5:00 Pm
Gender : female (With excellent communication)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival at the site office / sales gallery
  
• Manage visitor entries, site walk-ins, appointments, and waiting lists
• Ensure guests are comfortable and attended to during site visits and project walkthroughs
  
• Handle guest queries, feedback, special requests, and complaints professionally
  
• Maintain visitor records, customer preferences, and repeat visitor details
  
• Assist in informing guests about project highlights, offers, site events, and promotions
  
• Maintain a clean, organized reception, waiting area, and hospitality standards
