Job Description:
We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive (Fresher) to manage front desk and guest coordination activities. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in customer service and hospitality. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests courteously
- Manage front desk and reception area
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the concerned department
- Maintain visitor entry registers and records
- Coordinate guest meetings with internal teams
- Ensure a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Assist in hospitality arrangements (tea/coffee, meeting setup, etc.)
- Support basic administrative and coordination work
Key Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi; regional language is a plus)
- Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Email)
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline)
- Freshers are welcome
