Job Opening: Healthcare Process Executive
Role Overview
We are seeking motivated and knowledgeable professionals to join our Healthcare Process team.
This role involves patient interaction, appointment booking, and explaining healthcare packages with clarity and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls as per business requirements
- Book appointments for patients and explain healthcare packages in detail
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication standards
- Document patient interactions accurately
- Apply medical knowledge or process understanding to support patient queries
Work Schedule
- 5-day working with 2 split week offs
- Rotational shifts for male employees
- Day rotational shifts for female employees
- No cab facility provided
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduation (any stream)
- Strong communication
- skills in English (mandatory)
- Knowledge of regional languages such as Telugu, Hindi, Odia is preferred
- Good knowledge of medical terms or healthcare processes
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to business needs
- Prior experience in healthcare BPO or customer service preferred
Interview Process
Candidates will go through
4 rounds of interviews:
- HR Screening Initial assessment of communication and fit
- Operations Round Evaluation of process knowledge and role-specific skills
- Client Round Interaction with client for suitability
- Versant Test ? Language and communication proficiency assessment
Interview Timings: 10:00 AM ? 2:00 PM

Compensation
