Location - Noida(WFO)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls & chat
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Eligibility
- Good communication skill is required.
- Under Graduate/ Graduate both can apply
- Freshers & experienced both are eligible.
- Salary will depend on communication skills and previous experience.
- 5 days working with rotational shifts and off.
- Immediate joiners are required.
