Role & responsibilities :

• Handle customer queries via Voice / Blended as per process requirement
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues professionally
• Maintain customer interaction records in the system
• Follow communication, quality, and compliance guidelines
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required

Preferred candidate profile :

• Qualification: Any Graduate (Non-Technical)
• Experience: Freshers
• Good verbal communication skills in English
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to work in rotational / night shifts
• Customer-focused attitude with willingness to learn
