Process - Voice & Chat

Location - Noida(WFO)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage incoming phone calls & chat of US customers.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Eligibility

• Excellent communication skill is required.
• Under Graduate/ Graduate both can apply
• Min. 6 months of experience is mandatory in international process.
• Salary will company's slab and previous experience.
• 5 days working with rotational shifts and off.
• Immediate joiners are required.
