Job Description: International Chat Process (Night Shift):- We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals for our International Chat Process. This role involves providing non-voice (chat-based) customer support to international clients while working in 24x7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Provide high-quality chat-based support to international customers.
- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally via live chat.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate, effective resolutions.
- Handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following defined SLAs, quality, and performance metrics.
- Document customer interactions and update details accurately in internal systems.
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
- Work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including night shifts and rotational weekly offs.
Preferred Candidate Profile:-
- Excellent English written communication skills (verbal skills are an added advantage).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts (24/7 operations), including night shifts.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats efficiently.
- Team player with a proactive, professional attitude.
Eligibility Travel Boundaries:- Only candidates residing within 1.5 km of the nearest railway station in the below areas are eligible to apply:
- Central Line: Kalyan to Sion Harbor Line: Wadala to Panvel (excluding Taloja & Sukhapur)
- Western Line: Chandivali & Mira Road (via Golden Nest Circle, Ghodbunder Road)
Shift & Weekly Off:-
- Shift: 24x7 rotational (including night shifts)
- Weekly Off: 2 rotational offs
