Job Description: International Chat Process (Night Shift):- We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals for our International Chat Process. This role involves providing non-voice (chat-based) customer support to international clients while working in 24x7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.


Key Responsibilities:-

  • Provide high-quality chat-based support to international customers.
  • Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally via live chat.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate, effective resolutions.
  • Handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following defined SLAs, quality, and performance metrics.
  • Document customer interactions and update details accurately in internal systems.
  • Adhere to company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
  • Work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including night shifts and rotational weekly offs.

Preferred Candidate Profile:-

  • Excellent English written communication skills (verbal skills are an added advantage).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Customer-focused approach with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts (24/7 operations), including night shifts.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats efficiently.
  • Team player with a proactive, professional attitude.

Eligibility Travel Boundaries:- Only candidates residing within 1.5 km of the nearest railway station in the below areas are eligible to apply:

  • Central Line: Kalyan to Sion Harbor Line: Wadala to Panvel (excluding Taloja & Sukhapur)
  • Western Line: Chandivali & Mira Road (via Golden Nest Circle, Ghodbunder Road)

Shift & Weekly Off:-

  • Shift: 24x7 rotational (including night shifts)
  • Weekly Off: 2 rotational offs
