Job Description

Sutherland is hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process (client name confidential). The role involves handling inbound customer calls and providing effective resolutions while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound voice calls from international customers
  • Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
  • Follow company policies and quality guidelines

Eligibility Criteria - Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

  • Basic understanding of customer service | Good English communication skills
  • Willingness to work in night shifts | Comfortable with 100% voice process

Work Details - Process: International Voice | Shift: Night Shift | Working Days: 5 days working | Week Off: 2 days rotational


Salary & Benefits - Freshers: 20,000 CTC | Experienced: Up to 30,000 CTC | Travel Allowance: 3,550 (if commute managed both ways by self) | Monthly Incentives: 2,750 | Overtime Pay: Up to 400 per hour | Patty Incentives: Up to 18,000
