• Engage with potential customers via inbound/outbound calls to promote health insurance plans.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable insurance products.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with customers to drive renewals and referrals.
• Accurately document customer details, policy discussions, and sales outcomes using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on insurance products, coverage details, and compliance requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate (any stream mandatory).
• Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
• Strong sales aptitude with the ability to handle objections effectively.
• Basic understanding of insurance/financial products (training provided).
• Experience in insurance, BFSI, or telesales preferred (freshers with great communication welcome!).
