Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers with good communication skills to join our CRM team. The role involves handling customer payment-related calls, follow-ups, and basic escalation handling while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders and follow-ups

• Handle inbound calls related to payment status and due clarification
  
• Assist in handling basic escalation calls under team guidance
  
• Coordinate with internal teams (Accounts, Sales, CRM) for payment updates
  
• Update customer interaction details in the CRM system
  
• Share payment details, due dates, and receipt confirmations with customers
  
• Ensure polite and professional communication at all times
  
• Support the team in preparing simple collection and follow-up reports
