Overview

We are hiring for Indiabulls Group, one of Indias leading financial services. As part of the Telesales team, you will be responsible for handling pre-qualified leads and assisting customers with suitable financial solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact potential and existing customers to offer financial product solutions.
• Handle inbound & outbound calls and guide customers through the sales process.
• No cold calling only pre-qualified, interested leads will be provided.
• Share qualified prospects with the sales team as needed.
• Maintain records and track performance using CRM tools.
• Domestic process with day shift and fixed office timings.
• Work schedule: 5.5 days/week (Sunday + 2nd & 3rd Saturdays off).
• Pick-and-drop available from the nearest metro station.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Freshers to candidates with up to 3 years of experience in telesales, loans, or mortgage sales.
• Undergraduates with relevant experience can apply.
• Preferred: Graduates/PG/MBA with a sales or finance background.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent convincing & selling skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Confident, energetic, and presentable.
• Comfortable working with CRM & sales tracking tools.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: 15,000 32,000 CTC + Attractive Incentives.
• Benefits include ESIC, PF, Gratuity, Group Insurance, and performance-based monetary incentives.
