Role Overview:
The HR Executive will primarily support end-to-end hiring activities across technical and non-technical roles. This role is ideal for someone passionate about recruitment, people interactions, and building strong teams in a fast-paced AI/tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including Gen AI, engineering, product, and business teams
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, campus hiring, and other channels
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Support employer branding initiatives, including job postings and career page updates
Assist with offer rollouts, documentation, and pre-onboarding processes
Support other HR activities as needed (HR operations, engagement initiatives, etc.)
Required Skills:
Graduate degree in any stream.
Fresher to 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR (training/internships included)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in hiring for tech, AI, or startup environments
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and interview techniques
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Good organizational and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic HR tools
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
