We are seeking a motivated Fresher HR Apprentice Trainee in Learning & Development to:
- Assist in coordinating training schedules, sessions, and workshops for shop-floor employees.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, feedback forms, and employee development progress in HR systems.
- Collect and analyze post-training feedback to identify skill gaps and recommend improvements.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
- Support the preparation of training materials, including PowerPoint presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules using tools like HONO or MS Office.
- Help screen resumes, schedule interviews, and onboard new trainees or employees into L&D programs.
This role offers hands-on exposure to L&D in manufacturing. Any Graduate, strong communication skills, MS Office proficiency candidate can apply.
Preferred candidate profile
- MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) proficiency.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes (Learning & Development, Recruitment, Onboarding, Induction)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
