Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Conduct telephonic screening and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate databases and prepare daily reports.
- Support Pan-India hiring requirements.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with candidates and employees at all levels.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes (training will be provided).
- Good time management and willingness to learn.
Eligibility Criteria
For Experienced Women
- Only from Small/Tier-2/3 cities or 100+ km away from Tier-1 cities
- Must be currently not working (career gap up to 4 years allowed)
- Minimum 1 year experience in office work or recruitment
- Minimum 65% in 10th, 12th & Graduation
- Good communication skills
- Must know Microsoft Outlook & Excel
For Recent Graduates 2025 Passouts Only
- Qualification: BCom/BA/BSc/BTech/MCA/MBA HR
- Minimum 70% in 10th, 12th & Graduation
- Good communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Training (1 Month): 1,000 + HR Training Certification
- After Training: 8,000 stipend + 500 postpaid SIM reimbursement
- Timings:
9:30 AM 6:30 PM
Monday to Saturday
(2nd & 4th Saturday Off)
