Working on Midl level & senior level client requirments .

Sourcing resumes from different Job portals & networking sites

Screening shortlisted profiles

Conducting telephonic round of interviews

Evaluate candidate skills,technology, key responsibility areas

Identifying the gaps

Arrange interviews with hiring managers

End to End recruitment

Must have skills
Good communication skills
Understanding of HR

Should have keen interest to learn recruitment life cycle

Eye for detail & high learning ability
Candidate management & relationship building

Work Location: Oshiwara,Goregaon West ,New link road.
