Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 22+ years of experience in delivery into third party outsourcing environment or GBS environment
• Functional / Practice knowledge:-Understanding of Delivery tenets in an outsourcing environment. Understanding of HR service delivery is important.
• Technical Knowledge:-Deep technical understanding to apply in the delivery environment in drive excellence and efficiency.
• Industry knowledge: build knowledge around industries to specifically call out the success criteria in HR for an industry.
• Commercial Knowledge: Ability to analyse revenue size and opportunities to grow.
• Leadership experience
• Understanding HR service delivery
• Industry knowledge
