  • Mandatory Criteria-
  • Min HS Passed.
  • Fresher & experienced both can apply
  • Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI for Voice process
  • Customer orientation.
  • Between 09:00am to 09:00pm any 10 hours.
  • No planned leave for upcoming 3 months after joining
  • 5 Days working 2 days rotational week off
  • Should have a typing speed of 30WPM with 90% accuracy
  • Interview Structure-
  • HR round - General check. ?
  • Typing Test
  • OPS round ? General Check
  • Voice Versant (V4 and above)
  • PMAP
  • Client Round ? Video Call
  • Payouts ?
  • Fresher- 15.8k in hand
  • Mini 6 months exp - 16.4k in hand
  • Training Can be at night.

  • Aadhar Card
  • Pan Card
  • Offer letter, Exp Letter & last 3 months pay slips (for experienced people only)
