Time: 11:00 AM 5:00 PM Location: Paytm, One Skymark, Tower-D, Sector 98, Noida Experience: 0.6 Months to 3 Years (HR Generalist role)

Working Days: 6 Days a week

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary contact for employees for all day-to-day HR queries.

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (Hire to Retire).

Coordinate with stakeholders for timely query resolution (TAT).

Handle HR operations, payroll coordination, and general support.

What we are looking for:

Sound knowledge of HR operations and generalist functions.

Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Integrity in handling confidential information.
