Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 7 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Confluence Admin and Jira Admin. This is a work-from-home position with night shifts allowing for a flexible work-life balance. The role does not require travel enabling you to focus on delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Confluence and Jira environments to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance productivity.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Confluence and Jira users to resolve issues promptly.
• Develop and implement best practices for Confluence and Jira administration to improve efficiency.
• Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
• Lead efforts to upgrade and patch Confluence and Jira systems to maintain security and functionality.
• Customize workflows and dashboards in Jira to meet the specific needs of various teams.
• Train and mentor team members on Confluence and Jira best practices and usage.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Confluence and Jira with other enterprise systems.
• Analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.
• Ensure data integrity and backup processes are in place for Confluence and Jira systems.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in Confluence and Jira to provide innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong understanding of Confluence and Jira administration with proven experience.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Show proficiency in scripting and automation to streamline administrative tasks.
• Have experience in managing system upgrades and patches in a production environment.
• Display a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Hold a relevant certification in Confluence or Jira administration such as Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator.
